KUKKO

The company Kleinbongartz & Kaiser oHG has been founded by Alfred Kleinbongartzand his brother-in-law Emil Kaiser in 1919 and is still considered as a family-ownedprivate company. The brand name KUKKO is derived from the initials of the founders. 

The founders deal with the problem, to detach fixed parts of machines, engines or waves without damaging the reusable components. Due to the rapidly advancing industrializationat the beginning of the 20th Century, the demand of the pullers increases more and more. 

The brand name “ KUKKO “ will be distributed in more than 160 countries.Kukko produces on site in Remscheid with more than 150 employees.Branch-offices exist in Poland and the Netherlands.The offers of the company group reach from the construction and manufacturing of toolsto complete solutions by all sectors of industry: Aerospace, Automotive, MRO, Petrochemical,Engineering, Farming, etc. You will find the Kukko products in the guide of Volkswagen,Audi, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Daimler Chrysler, BMW and so on.

The company Eduard Gottfr. Ferne GmbH & Co. KG, which got well-known under the brandnames TURNUS and WINKELGRIEF, became a part of KUKKO 1998. The product range has been extended with hand vises and clamps. The product portfolio has been enlarged by Groote tools and HSW screwdriver and plastic injection parts (Heinz Schlieper GmbH) 2003 and 2005.
